5,000 psi colored through steel reinforced concrete.

Engineered for IBC (2009 and updating to 2012) and stamped for your state.

Wind load: 150 mph, Snow load: 350 psf, and Earthquake: Zone 4

Concrete stain and anti-graffiti sealer, DTM (Direct to Metal) paint, Lexan windows, vandal resistant window anchors, anti-slip floor paint, meet ADA and title 24, and windows, louvers, and doors (except Alpine & Tahoe) are cast into the concrete panels.

All waste containment vaults come with a 1,200 gallon capacity (18,000 uses), full coverage hatch gasket, SST, spray on flexible vault liner, vaults meet OSHA digging requirements, and 1-2" vent pipe spacing from restroom for better caulk maintenance.
